In the past two weeks, Crested Butte Mountain Resort has received 6 feet of new snow. The entire Mountain Sports Team took advantage of the storm.

The “Pineapple Express” storm had all the mountain sports athletes excited, and everyone got out to enjoy the fresh powder.

In the past week alone, Crested Butte Mountain Resort has received 48 inches of snow!

As the storm cycle comes to an end, the team will continue to rip and prepare for this weekends big Freeride World Qualifier competition at Crested Butte. The competition will be going on Thursday the 13th through Sunday the 16th. Stay tuned for Mountain Sports Media coverage from the competition.
