The second race of the Collegiate Series was held by CSU and the Beaver Mountain Resort at Red Feather Lakes. All teams came in late at night and set up camp awaiting the morning racing. It looked like it would be a wet and muddy weekend! Everyone was stoked to be out on their bikes competing in what was arguably the most gnarly racing out of them all in the series. There were plenty of crashes coupled with riders railing their lines. Check out the video to see what the race was like, along with the Gravity Slave race in Crested Butte that some of the DH squad attended!

At the end of the DH race corse, riders had to fly off of a solid drop to the finish. Spectators packed in this area as it was the spot to yell your lungs out at the riders telling them to send it! With the ground muddy, riders were barely holding on and sliding into the next corner to the finish. This was defiantly the spot to be.
