Fantastic early season snowfall has allowed Crested Butte Resort to open many of the “interior steeps.” While Horseshoe, Monument and the West Wall are token once the rest of the mountain opens, these are still great pitches for getting the legs ready for the big stuff as more snow falls. Since these photos we’re taken, the North Face and Glades have opened, too.
